Each year
Toronto Public Health offers free vaccines to grade 7 and 8 students through
immunization clinics in schools. Grade 7 students can get hepatitis B and
meningococcal vaccines, and grade 8 girls may get the HPV vaccine.These
vaccines are not available for free from your doctor.
A package with
information about these immunization programs was sent home with your
child. See http://www.toronto.ca/health/ if
you need more information. The date for the next scheduled
clinic at our school is December 9, 2013.
