Well sports fans, the primary C.F.H.L. was a whilrwind of excitement from start to finish. In total, 80 students in grades 2 and 3 participated in the 4 week season, featuring many highlights and a lot of drama, this season proved to be one of the most intense in recent memory. At this time the commissioner would like to acknowledge all of the effort put in by every student involved who gave up their recesses in order to commit to this year’s tourney. In addition, a big congratulations goes out to all of this year’s champions; grade 2 boys: Grimsby – Ryan, Navid, Angelo, Hasam, Nathan, Jade, grade 3 boys: Leamington – Michael, Kyriakos, Tehan, Levahn, Daniel, Aidan, Chris, and the grade 2/3 girls: Emsdale – Alexis, Victoria, Annika, Mercedez, Breanna, Nyameke, Misty, Raas.
The Junior and Intermediate season started this week, with 19 teams spanning grades 4-8. This year’s season has been highly anicipated, and undoubtedly, will live up to the hype.
